Database design and management

Recent database projects include:
  • Annual membership directory for Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, which has over 2,000 members. 2005 was our 11th consecutive year of providing the directory in camera-ready format. One section of the directory lists members alphabetically; another section lists members by Texas county or out-of-state residence.  It is printed through MicroSoft Access custom reports, using a Tektronix printer.
  •
  • Relational database for ETS-Lindgren's project/customer references list.
  •
  • Relational databases for an Austin civil engineering firm's construction inspections.  Housing inspections for this firm number well over 6,500, and are spread over 120 subdivisions and 67 builders.  Our database records began in February, 1994 and run through November 1999.  We designed and printed engineering certification letters and itemized invoices through multiple customized databases.
  • We have worked with databases intermittently for 12-14 years. We can create, manage, and maintain relational databases.  We've been using Microsoft Access since version 1.1 in 1994.  Before that, we used Borland's Paradox database software.

We can perform a variety of database-related services based on your particular needs, including:

    • Maintaining a list of all your major projects by client, project type, location, cost, date, and other relevant data that you choose.
